Okay, I've just watched the new Doctor Who trailer about 6 times in a row. I think I'm just a bit excited about this series.

Is it April 3 yet?.

It does look awesome. I'm just amused by the gradual colonization of Christian holidays - can one be a "Easter-Christmas Doctor Who fan"? What's next, 40 days of Doctor Who for Lent?

Judging by the ratings, there are indeed Easter-Christmas Doctor Who fans - the Christmas special generally gets a couple million more viewers than a typical episode, and the first episode of a series typically gets a more modest bump in viewership.

I have heard Christian Doctor Who fans talk about giving up Doctor Who for Lent, but I don't think I know anyone who's actually done it.
