Third time lucky?

After a week's negotiation, Daniel and I have come to an agreement with the owners of a house in Santa Clara to purchase said house. There's still the inspection and other contingencies to clear, and I'm trying not to get too excited, because I know that things can still fall through at any number of points before we close. But statistically, we're closer to owning a house than we've ever been! Fingers crossed!
