Incoherent Wittering on the End of Doctor Who Season 3

So, I had a nice sensible post about "Utopia" and "The Sound of Drums" fermenting in my head, and then I went and downloaded and watched "The Last of the Time Lords". And now I really don't know what to say. I have a feeling that I'm going to need to watch these three episodes again before I can really feel like I've grasped them.

One thing is for sure: I'm really looking forward to season 4.
