I have learned that a piece of my documentation is Grievously in Error. Not fun. (In fairness, I think it was accurate when I wrote it - they just kind of went and changed the way the product worked after that.)

I could have wished that this bit of documentation didn't fall under the purview of a particular tech support person who I suspect already thinks of me as a complete muppet. Sigh.
