Since July, I've improved my score on the Functional Movement Screen from 7 out of 21 to 8 out of 21. Most of the improvement came from increased hip flexibility. I also didn't outright faceplant while trying to perform the rotary stability test, which is nice for my dignity although it doesn't actually affect the score.
