Music Monday: Five Too Many
"Five Too Many" does not, in fact, describe how many goth bands I listened to this weekend. It is, however, one of my favorite tracks from the album Scenes by the Jigawatt Trio. It is not at all gothic. It's funky instrumental jazz-rock fusion, I guess, and a lot of fun.
The guitarist for the Jigawatt Trio is Steve Richards, a college/grad school friend of mine. I somehow missed the fact that his band had recorded an album until recently, but I've been enjoying listening to it.
