R.I.P Verity Lambert
Verity Lambert, the first ever producer of Doctor Who, passed away yesterday.
Lambert is the first of a long list of people who deserve credit for an oddball children's television show surviving and evolving into the longest-running science fiction show in existence. Thank you, Ms. Lambert.
At the Legion of Rassilon meeting tonight, we'll be celebrating the 44th anniversary of Doctor Who. I imagine we'll also take a moment or two to celebrate the life and work of Verity Lambert.
