Coffee Break for Sisyphus!
The problem with project planning is that doing it properly is very hard work. You've got to read and process a tremendous amount of information, you've got to make sure you've considered all the angles, all the potential risks, all the people who need to be involved, and then you've got to record this information in some kind of distilled-down format so that you and other people can access it without your having to go through all that mental song and dance all over again.

I thought I was done with my time estimates, but I discovered that while I was estimating the first batch of projects, somebody went and created 4 new projects. So now I'll estimate those.
At which point there will probably be 3 new projects.
