I have been basically using my typing for book and only book. But yes, this. Don't be a jerk, hierarchies don't go either way...yeah.
A great many people in this discussion are not considering the interesting things that can happen when an author says, "I didn't think of it that way, but you're right, it can be read that way, and here's the other interesting thing that makes me think of, that I also didn't think of while writing it." Or basically any other mode of discussion other than "YES" or "NO."
