I am currently making a chicken stock using the bones of a roasted chicken and a trip to El Pollo Loco, half a bottle of Winter Bock, the skins of an onion and a couple of carrots, and assorted spices.
I love stock as a means to use up perfectly good food that would otherwise go to waste.
