Big Finish Productions have just announced that their Short Trips anthology series is coming back as an audio series. Each CD will feature 8 short stories. (One for each Doctor? It doesn't say so, but that is a neat numerical correspondence.)
And it comes with another writing opportunity. If you've never written for Big Finish before, you can submit a short story of no more than 2500 words, featuring any of the first 8 Doctors and any of the Classic series or Big Finish-created companions. No using New series Doctors or companions, and no using other people's monsters, whether old or new series. And they didn't say so, but they probably still don't want you to write about the Time War.
Submissions due by 29 March, 2010. They offer their standard writer's contract and rate of pay, but don't say exactly what it is.
