Pointless whinge...

So, I get in to work at 8 a.m., only to discover that sometime after I checked the schedule yesterday afternoon, someone scheduled a spec review meeting that I really should have been at from 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. 7:30 a.m. meetings are an evil whose necessity I will reluctantly accept, but a little advance notice would be nice.

There's no coffee in the breakroom. Again.

We're swimming in oak pollen over here and my usual allergy medication is doing zip.

Someone in Sofia, Bulgaria who needs to talk to people in Palo Alto, CA. 8 hour time difference.

Still, part of me can't help but think that the reason that they scheduled with such short notice was that they really didn't want many people to show up. After all, if you hold a review meeting, and no one shows up, then you don't get any pesky review feedback that you need to address. ;)
