Consultation of anatomy texts suggests that the culprit is something called the coracobrachialis. Hello, coracobrachialis, I'm so pleased to meet you. Please mingle with the usual gang of complainers: tibialis anterior, gluteus medius, latissimus dorsi, pectoralis major, and the deltoid gang.

Okay, does anyone else think that "Pectoralis Major and the Deltoid Gang" would make a great band name?
