Milestone

Some of my trainer's favorite exercises are sled pulls/pushes: load a sled up with weight, and have the client pull it across the gym floor, then push it back. For stronger clients, my trainer weights the sled by sitting on it. Wimps like me get a couple of kettlebells stacked on the sled.

Until today, when I pulled and pushed my trainer back and forth across the length of the gym three times.

Today I feel like I am officially one of the strong kids.

That is SO cool! Go Strong kid!

I love to pick up my partner and carry him a few wobbling steps. It's one of my metrics for Strong.

I need to find larger people and see if they will let me pick them up and carry them, but it sounds a little weird to ask...

Now I'm picturing arranging my social circle in some kind of strength progression order. With friends like these, who needs barbells?
