Clearly this is going to be that kind of Monday...
Left the house this morning. Set down my work bag and my gym bag behind the car, so I could open the trunk (a two handed operation, since my trunk latch is slightly broken). Noticed New York Times in driveway. Picked up NYT and placed on porch. Got in car and backed over gym bag.
Sigh.
I mangled my water bottle (fortunately empty) and the shaker bottle I used for mixing protein shakes, but otherwise no harm done. Except to my sense of self as a competent adult, which will presumably repair itself the way it usually does.
