Did 3 sets of 3 with my hands elevated on the weight bench today. Followed by 2 sets of 10 negatives. The pushups are starting to feel easier, too.
I've been supersetting the pushups with dumbbell rows or lat pulldowns, so my upper back is getting stronger, too.
