Date: 2008-04-03 05:38 am (UTC)BTW, Danny Web is very cool in this one. They are doing a lot of this doubling up of late, but this is the first time it has been done with main characters. Amusingly this story as a result of its small cast really felt very low budget DW, where the population of an entire planet had to be represented by a cast of two, only in this case, the populations of two moons were represented by a cast of one.

Date: 2008-04-03 02:00 pm (UTC)Strangely, I've been seeing a lot of folks over on The Doctor Who Forums complaining that "The Dark Husband" wasn't funny enough, or that the humor was too juvenile. The latter might be a fair criticism of a play that opens with a Snot Monster, but the former puzzles me.
