I have just experienced what may be the ultimate snack food: the aloo masala potato chip. Potato chips liberally dusted with hot red chili powder and other Indian spices. Yum.
Sounds like it would be an excellent snack at a bar. Surprised Lay's haven't caught onto it; their UK subsidiary (Walker's) has already done Marmite-flavour potato chips, so curry-flavour would be right up their avenue.
