Damn

Making a cup of tea this morning, I spotted out of the corner of my eye a tall blue box sitting on the golf course outside. (The townhouse that we're currently renting backs up on a golf course.)

Of course, a second look revealed that the tall blue box was a port-a-potty. Drat. I could use a little magic this morning.

In justice, you're not the only one who looks at a portaloo and waits to see if it'll go "vworp vworp".

On the flip side, I've had to explain to at least one person that the picture of a police box that appears on my page on the company intranet does not depict a portable sanitary convenience. (And god only knows what some of the people who don't ask about it think.)

I used to wander around looking for TARDISes in my exceedingly unhappy teen years. I know that double-take well. :)

Have you ever listened to the Big Finish audio The One Doctor?

This, um, similarity comes up....

Yeah. I think the STARDIS dematerialization sound has got to be the funniest thing ever.

Definitely, I did indeed LOL -- literally, not metaphorically.
