Yay for customer responsiveness from Big Finish!

So, just about everyone I know out there in LJ-land who's been following the current season of 8th Doctor adventures has complained about the slightly odd way BF has been handling the downloads. When part 1 of a story was released, you'd download a zip file containing part 1. When part 2 was released a week later, you'd have to download a zip of the complete story to get part 2. A bit messy, and more than a little inconvenient when the load on the BF servers was making the full download take an hour or more.

Well, today part 2 of "The Beast of Orlok" has been released, and in my Big Finish account, I currently have a choice of downloads - either just part 2 or the whole story in one zip package. And my download of part 2 completed itself in just under 2 minutes! Nice work, Big Finish.

Excellent! I may go back to downloading, then. At this point I'd stopped bothering, on the basis that it was just going to be easier to pick it up all at once.
