Happy Anniversary To Me

Ten years ago today, Daniel and I got married. It hardly feels like 10 years. Like Henry David Thoreau, I am suspicious of all enterprises that require new clothes, but this one was definitely worth it!

I just learned that my grandmother passed away this morning. She's been ill for a while, and I've been expecting to get this news for about a week now.

I don't know what to say, except that I'll miss her.
